We are expanding once again due to a significant increase in new clients enquires, we are looking to hire an exceptional Account Manager.

With our state of the art recruitment system you will have everything at your finger tips to make successful hires time and time again. The role is 100% inbound therefore no cold calling EVER!!. You will be home based and would need to be flexible in terms of traveling to client sites across the UK on a regular basis.

Recruitment experience preferred but not essential, would also consider someone from a manufacturing or engineering background looking for a career switch.

  • Manage a specific portfolio of client relationships, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Actively sourcing and identifying candidates for live roles using tools provided
  • Managing a small team of resourcers to help with workload
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Ensure that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Monthly review meetings with clients
  • Attending events and conferences promoting business brand and building relationships
  • Ensuring the database is continually updated with all information relating to candidates and clients
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the director

 

We are looking for :

  • Previous high level/relationship recruitment experience or Human Resources background or B2B account management experience.
  • Would also consider someone within a commercial or management role within manufacturing looking for a career switch
  • Experience of account management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Understanding of manufacturing business structures and knowledge of different functions within an organisation
  • People person who strives to be the best in what they do
  • Knowledge of the UK manufacturing sector
  • Highly experienced in using various computer software and apps
  • Excellent at multi-tasking, planning and prioritising
  • Ability to recruit for multiple projects in different environments
  • Analytical skills that enable you to assess and advise on recruitment issues
  • Someone who is keen to be on the journey of a fast growing small business.
