We are expanding once again due to a significant increase in new clients enquires, we are looking to hire an exceptional New Business Manager.

With our state of the art recruitment system you will have everything at your finger tips to develop incoming enquires into long term client relationships. The role is 100% inbound therefore no cold calling EVER!!. You will be home based however you will need to be highly flexible in terms of traveling to client sites across the UK on a regular basis.

Recruitment experience preferred but not essential, would also consider someone from a manufacturing or engineering background looking for a career switch.

  • Develop the UK business strategy alongside the Recruitment Director
  • Manage all incoming warm new client enquires through our centralised system.
  • Arranging and conducting onsite meetings with prospective new clients to discuss needs and requirements
  • Drafting retained recruitment proposals to be signed based on requirements
  • Liaising with internal Bonfire Account Manager's to ensure smooth transition of new relationship
  • Attending events and conferences promoting business brand and building relationships
  • Ensuring the business development system and database is continually updated with all information relating to clients
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Recruitment Director.

 

We are looking for :

  • Previous high level/relationship business development experience or B2B commercial experience.
  • Would also consider someone within a commercial role within manufacturing looking for a career switch
  • Knowledge of the UK manufacturing sector
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Resilient under pressure
  • Highly experienced in using various computer software and apps
  • Ability to recruit for multiple projects in different environments
  • Analytical skills that enable you to assess and advise on recruitment issues
  • Someone who is keen to be on the journey of a fast growing small business.
